The Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to decide if your artwork is the right fit for your space.

Returns Criteria

To be eligible for a return, the following must apply:

• Condition: The artwork must be in its original, pristine condition.

• Packaging: It must be returned in the original protective packaging to ensure it doesn't get damaged on the journey back.

• Proof: Please include your digital receipt or order number.

The Process

1. Start the Journey: Email us with your order number.

2. Pack with Care: Once approved, we will send you a return shipping label.

3. Refund: Once we receive and inspect the piece, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Damages & "Ouch" Moments

Art is fragile. If your piece arrives damaged during transit, please take a photo of the packaging and the artwork immediately and contact us within 48 hours. We will send a replacement at no extra cost to you.
